Anyway my opinion is that although the point about the fact that it was dangerous for Moss to go that long on inters, all the evidence pointed to the fact that it would rain so he was well within his right to stay out. The incident itself is a tough one because as Moss presses the power, he has no grip at all and spins off, unfortunately hitting Ryan and costing him the win. I can't see any reason to give Moss a penalty and it was just a racing incident. He shouldn't have stayed out for that long in the first place in my opinion so I'd say Moss it at fault here. :?
