Couldn't find the exact place to report, so I will do so here
Moss took me out from the lead at Malaysia. He was trying to go till the rain came on options (about 12 laps at the time) and when i came to pass him he spun into me. He declares it wasnt his fault and unintentional, but I dont think thats good enough as how can options even go the majority of the race, plus he could have had less power and move right over not to try spin into me. This was very dangerous driving and it ruined my chances of a win as my wing was slightly broken afterwards so I couldnt catch up. A race ban or no quali plus points deduction should be given.

There was a 35% chance of rain and I got the lead when everyone pitted, I dicided to risk it and go all the way until it rained (I knew at the time of course it may have not but that was part of the risk coz if everyone knew this, I'm sure a few people would have tried the same thing as me) by lap 11 it started to rain so I still stayed out, but my tyres were gone and I hit the cliff, I had no grip at all, but I managed to hit it only a few corners before the incedent, then coming out of turn 2 I put down the power it just kept spinning and just lost it, that's when me and Ryan collided. I would put say it was an outrageous strategy nor dangerous drinking it was just a mistake which unfortunately lead to that incedent.

how was moss not at fault here? he made the decision to stay out, he knew the risks. Any day in real F1 moss would have some sort of penalty
